I am an online marketeer with a holistic view and specialization in performance marketing. I am passionate about growing consumer brands using digital marketing ⚡️.

Since a young age, I have been interested in technology, entrepreneurship, and marketing. In 2016 I obtained my bachelor’s in communication science and completed my master’s in corporate communication one year later. During this period, I also got my first hands-on marketing experience while doing an internship at a food-delivery startup. In 2017 I started to work for a Dutch micro-mobility scale-up where I was responsible for cross-border online customer acquisition.

In 2021, I started as a freelancer and founded Label Digital. I get energized by working with small businesses, startups, and early scale-ups, where highly passionate entrepreneurs work on something exciting. With Label Digital, I use my experience, network, and passion to help companies grow to their full potential using online marketing.

Experience

I worked for four years at Swapfiets, a micro-mobility scale-up, serving customers in 9 European countries (40M yearly turnover). Contributing to growth from 10.000 to 260.000 customers was an exceptional and valuable experience. During my time at Swapfiets, I worked on various online marketing projects, and my role evolved with the company’s growth.

At first, my projects focused on content creation, organic social media, and supporting our overall communication and marketing strategy. Additionally, I had an essential role in building email marketing efforts, increasing customer engagement with regular newsletters and email automations.

Later, my focus and responsibility shifted entirely to customer acquisition. As a performance marketeer, I grew the company using major acquisition channels like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. My role was versatile and on different levels, focusing on both strategy and execution.

I have also provided support and advice to small businesses next to my regular job in the past years, focusing on online marketing strategy.
